Zaid Tech Services covers air-conditioning, electrical and home installation work around Kajang. The site breaks down every service, shows the coverage area, answers common questions and books jobs straight through WhatsApp.

Role

Built the site in Next.js and Tailwind CSS, from page structure and content to the WhatsApp booking flow.

Solution

  1. 1Each service (air-conditioning, electrical, installation) gets its own section with plain-language descriptions, so visitors find their job without guessing.
  2. 2A coverage map and FAQ section answer the two questions every customer asks first: do you come to my area, and how does booking work.
  3. 3Booking is a WhatsApp link that opens a pre-filled chat, with no forms, no accounts, one tap to message the team.
